Individual submissions in the conference tracks are invited. Authors are invited to submit the full manuscript (maximum 6 pages including references) of their technical paper for oral presentation. Papers in PDF format may be uploaded via the web using the system at: cmt3.research.microsoft.com. The authors need to open an account in CMT for paper submission.

  1. Submit your paper on Microsoft CMT. Submission details Peer review for ICGC-SS 2027 runs on Microsoft CMT, which gives your paper its Paper ID.
  2. Find your fee. Choose the category that matches you in the registration fees on this page. Early bird rates apply until 15 February 2027, 23:59 (Africa/Lagos). Naira and US dollar fees are separate and are not converted.
  3. Make your payment. Pay into the Naira or US dollar account on this page. Keep the transaction number (URN) and a screenshot of the receipt.
  4. Fill in the registration form. Submit the form on this page with your payment details and the screenshot. Each transaction number is accepted once.
  5. Verification. The secretariat checks every payment against the bank statement and contacts you at the email address you provide.
