Learning & Teaching University Library The library reading room for researchers and visiting delegates. Open during campus hours.
Laboratories & Research Science Laboratory Teaching and research laboratories used across the science programmes. Staff can arrange a guided visit.
Conference Spaces Main Auditorium The main auditorium for plenary sessions and keynotes. Seating is allocated on the conference day.
Campus Grounds Campus Gardens Landscaped gardens and walkways at the main campus entrance. Accessible from the main gate.
Student Life Gym Centre A fully equipped gym centre for students, staff and visiting delegates, with cardio, free weights and supervised training floors. Bring indoor sports shoes. Opening hours are posted at the entrance.
Student Life Sports Complex The sports complex hosts football, athletics and organised fixtures, with seating for spectators during campus events. Access is from the south court. Match days can be busy; follow stewarding.
Laboratories & Research Computer Lab 1 Computer Lab 1 is a teaching laboratory for programming, data analysis and coursework, with networked workstations for every seat. Book through the laboratory technician. Food and drinks are not permitted.
Laboratories & Research Computer Lab 2 Computer Lab 2 supports software tutorials and group practicals, with dual-screen workstations for development work. Available during teaching hours and by request for conference workshops.
Laboratories & Research Computer Lab 3 Computer Lab 3 is used for applied computing, engineering software and supervised assessments. Supervised access only during examination periods.
Laboratories & Research Computer Lab 4 Computer Lab 4 is a demonstration laboratory with a teaching wall and workstations for smaller cohorts. Ideal for short conference skill sessions. Reserve in advance.
Laboratories & Research Computer Lab 5 Computer Lab 5 is arranged for collaborative work, hackathons and digital research sprints. Open for registered delegates during the conference weekend.
Learning & Teaching E-library The e-library provides digital journals, quiet study carrels and authenticated access to research databases for staff and visitors. Bring a campus guest pass. Silent study is observed throughout.
Student Life HP Gaming Garage The HP Gaming Garage is a student innovation lounge for esports, design sprints and high-performance computing play. Sessions are timed. Conference guests may visit with a student host.
Student Life Common Room The common room is the informal heart of student life, with snooker, table tennis, board games and comfortable seating between sessions. Open to registered delegates. Please return cues and bats after play.
Amenities & Services Cafeteria The school canteen serves breakfast, lunch and light meals, with vegetarian options and seating for large groups on conference days. Peak service is 12:00–14:00. Payment is in naira at the till.
Campus Grounds School Garden The school garden is a landscaped outdoor room for walking meetings, photographs and quiet breaks between plenary sessions. Paths are level and shaded. Please keep to the walkways.
